GROUNDING to YOUR SOUL'S ENERGY

Hello Beautiful Souls,
You may have noticed my absence from social media and your inbox lately. I want you to know this pause has been intentional—rooted in deep inner healing, reconnecting with my soul's purpose, and learning how to navigate my emotions amidst the chaos of life. Please don’t mistake my silence for neglect, and I sincerely apologize if it came across that way.
We’re all going through a time of major transformation and growth, and I have no doubt you're feeling it too.
I’ve been on a powerful journey of inner work and emotional healing. While it’s ongoing, I’m finally feeling ready to reconnect and share this path with my community.
This healing process was sparked by overwhelming anxiety—something I know many of us are feeling right now. I've come to see emotions as tools, and believe that anything not rooted in love is simply a call for more love.
I'd love to share a few practices that have become part of my daily life. They help me stay grounded and connected to my inner power, even when the world around me feels uncertain. May these inspire you to create rituals of your own:
- Daily Breathwork with Heart Chakra Alignment (Ocean Breathing)
- Daily Grounding Meditation
- Nighttime Release & Visualization
- Deeply Connecting with Nature
These 4 actions, done consistently, have taught me how to regulate my nervous system and have opened me up to the knowing that I am doing this for myself. Everything I needs is inside me.
In this blog, we will go in depth with the first item on the list:
DAILY BREATHWORK + HEART CHAKRA ALIGNMENT
One of the most powerful ways to begin your day is using your breath to bring in life force energy and fill up your heart chakra, which aligns you with the energy of love, healing and manifestation.
Prana is quite literally in the air we breathe. If you look up at the sky and let yourself simply gaze at the atmosphere, you will see countless little points of white light darting about. This is prana, life force energy. When you breathe in with the intention of taking in prana, it's like a bolt of energy for your heart space, where your soul lives. This will expand your heart chakra and align it's vibration with life force, and this then aligns you with your highest good for all your bodies and your soul.
Simply doing this intentional breathing and visualizing the prana filling you body and expanding your heart chakra is the daily practice that begins and maintains healing on all levels.
OCEAN BREATHING
- Stand with your feet firmly rooted to the ground - barefoot outside when possible. (Think mountain pose in yoga)
- Breathe in deeply through your nose, fully expanding your heart space. Intend as though you are pulling in prana from the air and sending it coursing through your body and heart chakra.
- Hold for 4 seconds, feeling your heart and body fill with life force energy.
- Blow out the air from your mouth, with the intention that you are releasing all that is not in alignment with your highest good on all levels.
- Repeat 3-4 times, as many times a day as needed.
This is called Ocean Breathing as it's like a wave of life force energy that fills your entire being with healing energy and washes away all that is not in alignment with your highest good and with what you are manifesting.
I do this each morning, while calling all the parts of my soul home and I also do this multiple times per day to re-align my energy and to regulate my nervous system.
