The Weekly Vibe is Embracing Your Power

When I sat down and asked my team for the energy forecast and corresponding card of the week, I was given 3 cards: Empowerment, Self-Forgiveness and Worthiness. Instantly I heard, "put it all together, we've been showing you how".
See, I've had a few messages coming through consistently for a couple weeks and until I sat down to write, I didn't realize they were all parts of one big message: IT IS SAFE FOR YOU TO BE POWERFUL.
I've been hearing, seeing & feeling this message in many different forms, coming from various sources and when a message repeatedly shows up in many forms, you know it's something meant for you and meant to be shared.
The Weekly Vibe & Message from Spirit is this:
It is safe for you to be powerful. Believe in yourself. Every moment you've experienced has led to this one. You would not be who you are without the past. Embrace all that you've learned and how you've evolved, forgive yourself and any one from the past and know that you are worthy of all that you desire. In fact, being worthy isn't even on the table...it's your birthright. You are ready to manifest all the highest good you can imagine and take the steps towards allowing this to come to you. Through your imagination, intention, inspired action and acceptance of your power, you can heal, thrive and grow like never before!
If you struggle with accepting that you are able to align with the highest levels of healing, abundance and empowerment, this message is for you.
YOU CAN. IT IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT. YOU ARE SO SUPPORTED & LOVED.

HOW TO EMBRACE YOUR POWER
Do this daily, and as many times a day as you need to when you want to align yourself in your power. It's an easy routine: center, release, reconnect, claim your birthright and align with clarity in thought, word and action.
- Center yourself: close your eyes, do 3 rounds of deep breathing and then call all the parts of your soul back to you by saying, "I call all the facets of my soul home to me now."
- Release any blockages: visualize anything that is congested or anything blocking you (from the past and present) leaving your field as a balloon rising from the top of your head and up into the atmosphere.
- Reconnect with your Soul's plan & power: place your left hand on your heart and hold your right hand, palm up as you breathe in the breath of life. Feel your heart's energy expand and radiate out into your entire body and say, "I am one with the energy of my soul in the here and now"
- Claim it: now place your right hand on top of your left hand, both over your heart, and feel the energy of your connection to the divine pour down through you from your crown, filling your body with light as you align with the knowing that you are connected to limitless potential in anything you focus on.
- Alignment: as you stand in your power with your hands over your heart, say to yourself, "I am aligned with empowerment on all levels of thought, word and action."
This is a great little ritual for your toolbox and always remember, there is nothing holding you back from what you can achieve.
