Before your healing, we will connect for a private phone consultation to discuss what you have been experiencing and what you most want support with.

You do not need to arrive with the perfect words or fully understand what is happening. Our conversation simply gives me a clearer sense of your intentions so I can personalize the healing around what matters most to you.

During your remote session, I intuitively work with the areas of your energetic system asking for support. This may include your chakras, aura, pranic core, emotional energy and patterns of congestion, depletion or disconnection.

You do not need to be on the phone, video or online while the healing takes place.

Later that day, you will receive a thoughtful written summary sharing the energetic themes I observed, the areas that received support and gentle guidance for moving forward.

I will create affirmations inspired by your session to help you reinforce the intentions, insights and new energetic direction that emerged.

You will also receive a guided journal to help you reflect on your experience, notice what continues to shift and remain connected to the healing in the days ahead.

How the Process Works

After purchasing, you will receive a personal welcome email from me within one business day.

Your email will include:

• A brief pre-session reflection form
• Available times for your private phone consultation
• Your preparation guide
• Clear next steps for confirming your healing date

Simply complete the reflection form and reply with the consultation time that works best for you. I will then personally confirm everything by email.

Your healing itself is fully remote. No video appointment or live attendance is required.
