Past Lives and Peace

I am strongly impressed to speak about past lives this week, to effectively guide us all to finding peace in this life.
There is a very good chance that if you are reading this, this is not your first rodeo. Past lives are recorded in our Akashic Record and can be accessed to help us heal and understand ourselves in the NOW.
Do you ever feel that phases of the life you are living now feel like a past life? It's like you were a different person when you think about some of the periods of your current life. That's because you were! Your soul evolves rapidly during each lifetime when you go through life experiences and LEARN the lesson you set out for yourself before incarnating. Your energy is dynamic in that experiences are recorded and the energy of each one can literally change your Akashic Record because everything in it is affected by your soul's progress in the now.
You can go through some very intense things in this lifetime and seemingly process it very quickly because you've experienced very similar themes in other lifetimes. The same is true for situations that are unique to this lifetime - the unfamiliarity of them can knock you off center for quite some time and this is where the lessons live and the healing can be accessed. Without contrast, there is no growth.
The message today is about finding peace with your recent past (this life) by tapping into the energy of faith in your soul's evolution using energy from your past lives.

This week's energy forecast is presenting as VIOLET, indicating a powerful connection with our CROWN CHAKRA ENERGY.
The call to action is to ask for the connection to the wisdom you've gained in every lifetime, to guide you in finding peace in this lifetime.
The journey of your soul has known peace, love, war, birth, death...the universe experiences itself through you and all things are possible.
The powerful message this week is to ACCESS PEACE in your life right now by knowing you've cultivated it before, and anything you've done before is a frequency you can access now. And you can do it more powerfully, because you have even more life experience, knowledge and skills that you had in the past. And I'm also hearing, that if you feel like you've not felt peace before, know that peace is what you heart center is made from and connected to at all times. You are never separate from Source, which is pure love and peace. It's literally what you are made from, you can tap into that at any time.
Here's how to do it:
- Close your eyes
- Breathe in for 4 seconds through your nose, expanding your belly
- Hold for 4 counts
- Breathe out through you mouth, fully emptying your belly
- Repeat 3 times
- Breathe normally and visualize a white light on top of your head, connecting you to the divine realm and call in your Guardian Angels
- See this white light traveling down to your Heart, which comes alive and glows with gold light.
- This gold light transmutes all you've experienced to a place of love and peace, in the now. Infusing you with empowering energy.
- Say the mantra below and sit with this gold light for as long as you feel you need to.
