The full moon in Leo is setting the stage for a very heart centered and expansive reset where we can fully experience cleansing, clarity and alignment with the highest of intentions.
This big moon energy is your opportunity to amp up your gratitude for everything that transpired last year (the good and the not so good) by closing the door knowing you are engaged with forward momentum.
In doing this release in gratitude work, you are creating space to make your wish! Take some time this week to set some dreamy intentions for 2024.
Dreaming and visualizing your future self at the end of this year, as already having manifested what you want, sets the tone in your heart to take inspired action and gets the energy of manifestation going.
Try this with the full moon energy:
- Close your eyes and center your energy into the present moment.
- Do 3 rounds of deep abdominal breathing.
- See and feel the energy of the last year rolling off of you in waves, and say "thank you for everything that has brought me to this moment."
- Visualize a white lotus flower in your heart space, radiating white light from it's core and opening and expanding
- Place your intentions into this flower, stating them as already done (such as, "I am healthy and strong, aligned with my best practices."
